i hate being called or refered to as “assem” or “ashim” or even “asim” that’s coz i am proud of the name i bear… “Aseem Shakuntal”, after my grandmother, “Shakuntala Verma”

i always carry with me my wallet, my pen (parker preferably), my cell fone, my soul, myself, my confidence and my unending ATTITUDE towards everything.

i am a comp-freak..

i like blue, i like kurta-pajama, i like formal dresses, i like rose and i like myself.

i like programming, animation, listening to songs, watching movies etc..

i hate “ i don’t know what” but there are somethings that i hate

ten years form now, i would be ten year older, ten year wiser ( i hope so), ten year closer to my dream, ten year nearer to fulfilling my aim in life… ten year ahead of what i am today.

i panic when things don’t happen my way.. when there is shortage of time, but i like work pressure.. i like being busy..

the first word that would come outta my mouth… when my dream is fulfilled.. “SHIT”

i get angry when i find someone lying to me for no cause, when things in life get complicated unnecessarily and when i see an OUT OF ORDER sign on something important..

what makes me happy.. well, not many things but many things… i am happy when i am happy..

i trust only two people in this world.. one is me and the other is not you..

well, obviously i find one thing that is as reliable to me as myself, but that is 44 million miles away.. even light takes 8 minutes to reach there.

hey, hi.. forget the above mess.. by now you might have known that i am aseem, aseem shakuntal, a bodily manifestation of a supernatural being, born on the sixteenth day of the fifth month of the eighty fourth year of the ninteenth century... that is.. almost twenty one years ago.. to personify an abstract quality called "life".

life.. what is life? life is not fair.. and it is not fair to anyone who makes it fair.. life is like the dollar prompt of the terminal... wherein we have limited access to the resources and it is the root who has all the privilages.. none but "the GOD"

yes, i do believe in GOD.

root, dollar prompt, terminal.. hey... i hope you are familiar with LINUX.. i love linux.. but to love linux, i have to love my PC... and yes.. i love my PC more than any "thing" in this world.

what is love? i dare not attempt a definiton for it.. but whatever it is.. it is beautiful.. like moon.

i have an ardent loving relationship with linux.. but, i believe that the best way to maintain a relationship is 'keep distance' so i keep a little distance with linux.. hey hey.. so i also use windows sometimes..

i am a fun loving guy.. no, not exatly, but precisely.

i like listening to songs, programming, watching movies, some animation.. i always loved airplanes.. and i do love them. i have a passion for stars.. i can indefinetely keep on watching them.. all night.. every night.

i was born in a small town called darbhanga in bihar, INDIA. i was brought up there itself. i have had my elementary schooling and my junior high schooling done there and later i moved on to ranchi for high school education and presently i am in one of the reputed colleges of india, viz. Indian Institute of Information Technology - Calcutta.

the most recent news from my side is that i am already placed at wipro technologies and am to join it by september 2006, as soon as i complete my degree.

enough of this crap..

i think you must have followed that i am an engineer.. you know... engineers rule.. man i mean can you imagine a world without engineers? had there been no engineers, how would you be reading this page on a pc? come on.. if at all you think that engineers dont rule, then nothing can be done of your thinking.. and you as well..

well now, how can i explain myself.. i am a fun loving guy.. [again..] with phenomenal energy to do whatever i want.. good at times, bad at times...
